Please follow the necessary steps below to register your product with Nielsen SoundScan
Download and complete the Title Addition sheet
For titles sold in the US – U.S. Word Version Link
For titles sold in Canada - Canada Word Version Link
- Please visit the Christian Music Trade Association site (www.cmta.com) to register products in the Christian SoundScan system
E-mail the completed Title Addition sheet to dbase@soundscan.com
Titles should be submitted at least four weeks prior to the release date
You may contact us by email at clientservices@soundscan.com or by phone (914) 684-5525 to check the status of your submission. When emailing, please include the full UPC code, title and artist with your inquiry.
